I hadn't done a Blair-pyromania joke in a while, and while it dosen't quite fit into continuity I really wanted to do this joke - I had it planned since Blair and Cece first started going out but it got replaced by the 'seaside' joke and all, I didn't want to do two blair/cece jokes  next to eachother. Then, I suddenly realised it was PERFECT for practising some new colour techniques I was picking up.
