THIS COMIC TOOK AGES - three days, pretty much. 10 panels is a tie for my longest comic, but this has probably taken the longest, partly because of Ferelith being to freaking hard to colour, or trying to work out what to do for the backgrounds or all the effects. When it came to the backgrounds, the only bits that could be 'easy' where the fake out bits.

This comic changed significantly from it's inital sketch, namely with the backgrounds. At first, it Bonnie attacking first, which Ferelith flinching her with fake out, then using sand attack. Poxie then broke them up and began the match. Then it would go on to all the panels coming in the next comic, which would essentially bring it's panel count to about 15. I eventually worked it round to cut up the two comics, including the addition of that last panel. It's not neccicarly a joke, or meant to be funny, but I had to stop them fighting to stop the strip.

This comic was origonally based in a stadium, with roaring crowds, and Poxy was initially holding a microphone (you might be able to see where I changed it) making Ferelith in panel four more appropriate. I couldn't do the crowd, and I had about five attempts taking up a good few hours. Eventually I settled to have it in some sort of gym, but with a small crowd of pokemon watching - including our own team Amizade. There are a few cameos in there, including a few pokemon who will be more noted later in the series.

Oh, yes, if Bonnie looks different it's because I'm drawing her eyes differently, they don't have pupils and look more like the official drawing. This is just a trial run, and I'm not sure I like it. Ferelith's fur is also slowly changing, in case you haven't noticed.
Actually, this entire arc is just degin deveopment for Bonnie and Ferry so far.

Also, I think I might have stolen the wobuffet punching bag idea from something. Oh well, my idea now!
